"Antropomorphic Tombs at San Pedro de Rocas" Mural
These tombs were excavated into the bedrock, next to the monastery’s church. Since they are open to the sky, they tend to fill up with rainwater, producing oddly shaped small pools and reflections like those seen in the mural.
This mural is in the centre of the town, on the façade of the Health Centre building. It was created by Miguel Peralta and Xoana Almar (Cestola na Cachola) in 2016, as part of the project "A Touch of Colour in Ribeira Sacra”.
