Ribeira Sacra Wine Centre
It is housed in an historic 18th-century building that was once a hospital, then a social club, and even the town hall.
Inside are a number of rooms around a central courtyard, where there is an interactive exhibition designed to teach visitors about the particular features of the wines and the wine growing region of Ribeira Sacra.
The centre also acts as the district tourist office and has a wine shop with a wide selection of wines from the D.O Ribeira Sacra, in addition to everything needed to enjoy them. There is also a tapas bar where you can enjoy the wines and the fine dishes typical of the area.
It also houses the headquarters of the Regulating Board of the denomination of origin Ribeira Sacra.
