Tickets can be purchased in person at the Monterrei Complex or online at the Monterrei Complex website.
The water park is located within the Monterrei Sports and Leisure Complex, including 6 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, 1 pump track, 1 athletics track and 1 multi-sports court.
