Cherry and oil fair in Ribas de Sil 2018
The town hill of Ribas de Sil will celebrate the second weekend of June its traditional fair of cherry and oil, an exaltation of two of the typical products of this area.

PROGRAMMING
Saturday, June 9
In the morning:
Street performances by the Bagpipes Group of Ribas de Sil.
Opening of the fairground. Cherry tasting.
In the afternoon:
5:00 p.m.: installation of the "Separa con xeito" campaign stand, by Ecoembes-Xunta de Galicia.
6:00 p.m.: in the Fishing classroom, opening of the painting exhibition by the students of the Municipal School. Outdoor painting day.
7:00 p.m.: presentation of the book dedicated to the village of Vilardomato "Loyda", by Loyda López Pérez.
7:30 p.m.: Football 11th Trofrego de la Cereza, in the Sports area of the Fluvial Beach.
8:30 p.m.: Party by a musical group.
Sunday, June 10
In the morning:
Opening of the fairground. Tasting of cherries and typical products.
Painting exhibition in the fishing classroom.
11:00 a.m.: Strett performance by the bagpipes group of the School of Music of Ribas de Sil.
12:00 a.m.: performance of the Music Band of the Provincial Council of Lugo (Music Program).
1:00 p.m.: speech by Fidel Fernán Bello, journalist and director of Radio Principal- Cadena Ser.
In the afternoon:
5:00 p.m.: Demonstration of wood carving, load of craftsman Marcos Ladra Sanjurjo, in the amphitheater.
7:00 p.m.: Alakrán puppet show (musical show with string puppets).
Closing of the Party.
