Pena Pombeira Viewpoint
Located at the highest point in the municipality of Pantón (703 metres), this is the ideal spot for securing a good view of the Lemos valley and the Ourense-province section of the banks of the Sil between Os Peares and Parada del Sil, as well as parts of Carballedo and even Chantada, offering fine views of Mount Faro and Farelo in the distance.

From Ferreira de Pantón, take the LU-P-4103 in the direction of Santo Estevo and approximately 8 km further on take the turn-off on the right for Rigueiro. 1 km further on, turn to the left and follow the signs to the lookup point. From here, you must follow a dirt track for about 2 km. The total journey will take approximately 10 minutes.
