"Pottery of Gundivós" Mural
Gundivós is a place with a long history of making pottery. In fact, its amphoras were used to carry wine from Amandi all the way to Rome during the time of the Roman Empire.
This mural depicts the moment when the piece is held above the fire so that the smoke will give it its characteristic black colour, before being made impermeable with a coat of resin.
Mural created by Abraham Caride (Abrah) as part of the project "A Touch of Colour in Ribeira Sacra".
