Museographic Collection Casa do Chocolate de Teimende
BOOK TICKET
The only museum space dedicated to chocolate in Galicia. For nearly a century, the Casares family produced a variety of chocolates under the brand names “Chocolates Caldelas” and “Chocolates Casares” but they closed in the 1980s.
In the museum space there are machines donated by the Casares family and an explanation of the entire traditional process for manufacturing chocolate: from the arrival of the cacao beans through the entire manufacturing process to distribution.
