Trail 1 - Trail Running Center Castro Caldelas

It runs along old cart paths to the church and ruins of the monastery of San Xoán de Camba. The descent will then cross the Edo River and, after passing the Ponte das Táboas recreational area, the path continues parallel to the course of the Edo among mossy landscapes, riverside forests and old mills. This section runs from Castro Caldelas through a steep, wooded area.

This trail overlaps the short loop along hiking trail PR-G 213 Ruta dos Bosques Máxicos (Magic Forests Route).
