Pradomao Recreation Area
This recreation area is located on the shore of the A Edrada reservoir, very close to the village of the same name and about 4 kilometres from Pradomao. There is a south-facing white sand beach, and some spots where you can keep cool in the shade too.
This riverside beach is the perfect place to have a picnic lunch, or just relax. Although there is a swimming area, there are no lifeguards. There are also some places to walk and some hiking trails. You can even walk along an authentic paved Roman road about 4 kilometres long, which passes through Pradomao and leads to the village of A Edrada.
