"As Fachas (Torch Festival)" Mural
The history of this tradition goes back for more than 2,000 years, and it has been declared as a Festival of Tourism Interest in Galicia.
This colourful mural shows the flames emerging from the burning torches, which is part of a traditional ritual of Celtic origin celebrated each year in Castelo (Taboada).
Mural created by Abraham Caride (Abrah) as part of the project "A Touch of Colour in Ribeira Sacra".
