It is believed that the origin of the monastery dates from 6th or 7th centuries. It can be appreciated Baroque and Romanesque styles , with three amazing cloisters, one Romanesque, other Gothic and other Renaissance, where you could have a walk in calm nights, in a faint light and with a soft sound of religious music around. The beauty and monumental character of the building made it to be declared Artistic Historical Monument in the year 1923.
