Monforte de Lemos Cycle Tourism Route

The Plaza de la Compañía in Monforte de Lemos is the starting and finishing point of this 45 kilometer route. It is a route in which roads and trails stand out with some isolated points of asphalted tracks. With more than 1,000 meters of accumulated elevation gain, we can consider it a hard and demanding route.

Practically all of it goes through the Biosphere Reserve of Ribeira Sacra e Serras do Oribio e do Courel. In terms of heritage, visits to the Historic Monforte de Lemos and the College of Nosa Señora da Antiga stand out.
