Church of San Vicente de Pinol
This small church is a fine example of 12th-century rural Romanesque architecture in Galicia
It is a very simple yet elegant Romanesque church that has little decoration, except for a few modillions and an unusual rose window with an openwork Star of David.
It is in the form of a Latin cross, with a rectangular apse and a barrel vault.
Inside are some impressive 16th century Renaissance murals that were restored in 2020. On a 100 metre square canvas, they show St. Christopher, St. James Matamorros and various scenes from the Passion, as well as other scenes with Sts. Michael, Sebastian and Bartholomew and Pope Gregory.
