Siltrip boat

The route starts in the steepest part of Sil Canyon, next to some of the most vertiginous vineyards of Ribeira Sacra Certificate of Origin area. This route, due to the low draught of the boat, allows the possibility to get quite close to the bank to spot unique species of flora and fauna of this area.

During approximately one hour, the travellers can discover some of the legends and particularities of our land, with the option to Mencia, the grape of Ribeira sacra par excellence, wine tasting.

The boat return to go back to its departure place by the emblematic monastery of Santa Cristina de Ribas de Sil ( Parada de Sil). From the river it can be seen how it hides between centenary forests.
